Vik’s scarf is DONE, FINI! I didn’t do a perfect job of blocking due to lack of “stuff to do blocking with”, but no big. It’s a scarf, ya know? It’s super soft tho, I really like how the yarn bloomed a bit after washing.

I had enough left over yarn to do a hat, but she requested “one of those head band thingies like you did”. So, a Panta, it is. A few rows into it now.

In other news, I have a tailoring/seamstress client. She has need for hemming various items. Thus far, I have one pair of jeans, and a dress to repair. Which means I gotta haul Ten Ton Tilly up ASAP to OSMG. Guh. 160 mile round trip. I might be able to swing it in one trip, depending on the shop’s turn around time. Yep, the sewing machine shop in Pendleton is THAT BAD to warrant taking it across state lines for servicing. (The local shop doesn’t know a Rotary Machine from a Serger, if you know what I’m getting at. Plus they charge $100 to LOOK at a machine, then you don’t get it back from x amount of days with a “1 Year Warranty” on whatever it is that they did or didn’t do. LOL).
